We accept returns by mail as well as a free return in store option at select Uniform Destination locations.

Do you ship to my country? (International Shipping)
Unfortunately, we are only able to ship within the United States at this time. We hope to expand shipping to more countries in the future.
Why didn't I receive an email confirmation?
Most likely it went into your email SPAM or Updates or Promotions folders. Please check there first.

When you place an order, ScrubJoy will immediately send an “order confirmation” email.
When your order has been fulfilled and shipped, we will send a second email with order tracking information (typically within one business day of placing order).
How do I change or cancel my order?
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within one business day (business day is Monday-Friday, excluding closures for holidays).
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times can vary depending on location, holidays, and inclement weather closures. Most orders will arrive within 4 business days from shipment.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is correct. We do our best to have speedy processing and shipping times, so there is a small window to change your order. Please get in touch with us immediately via our Contact Us page if you need to make an address change.
What if my package was lost or stolen?
ScrubJoy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our warehouse. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) using the information provided in your tracking email.
