Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your ScrubJoy purchase but understand that every order isn’t always perfect.
If you discover an issue with your order such as receiving the wrong items or a manufacturing defect, please Contact Us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
If you need to return an item for another reason (different size / color, etc.) we offer two solutions:
1. Free Returns or Exchanges in person at your local Uniform Destination* store
We accept returns & exchanges in person at select Uniform Destination locations (see partnered store list here). Simply bring in your unwanted items, along with a printed copy of your ScrubJoy order invoice to the store to exchange for different ScrubJoy products of equal value or to request a refund.
2. Returns by Mail
We also accept returns by mail. Please package your unwanted items along with your printed copy of your ScrubJoy order invoice and mail to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if returning by mail. ScrubJoy does not charge restocking fees.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, items must be returned in new, unworn condition (in the original packaging, with tags attached) within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on any items that appear to be worn, washed or damaged.
Upon receiving the returned item(s), in store or by mail, we will fully examine them and notify you of your return status via email. If your order is eligible for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days of approval. Please note, in some rare cases, it may take up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund before the funds are settled.
